Being dog lovers and dog owners ourselves, we know your dog is a member of your family. Rest assured, pet safety is our top priority. Here are a few things you can do to help ensure your dog has a great time while you’re away:
Fill out your dog’s profile. These details are shared with your dog sitter or dog walker when you book with us. Make sure to include vet contact information, day care instructions, and any unique behaviours your dog has. Does your dog love vegetables? Do they get a little separation anxiety when your not there? Do they like to sleep in a certain place, maybe with a certain blanket? The more information you can provide us, the higher level of care we can provide for them.
Arrange to Have a Meet & Greet with your dog walker or sitter. Meeting your sitter or dog walker in person allows you to get to know them and make sure they get along with your dog (and with you). It also offers an opportunity to set clear expectations about your dog’s care while you’re away.
Communicate well and often with your sitter or dog walker. Make sure your sitter or dog walker knows how to contact you in case of an emergency or if questions arise.
Let them know if you would like photo updates of how your dog is getting on and how often you would like to receive them.
We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept any other animals at the moment, however this is something we will be looking into in the future as the business grows.
Currently completion of any payment is done after the service has been completed and your dog is back home safely. Their is the option to book in advance for a small deposit.
